You will learn the foundation to move your body with breathing and how to control a flow of the energy with easy asanas (poses) and encourage the improvement of physical constitution.
In addition, experienced trainees will be able to feel the expanse of sense with returning to the basics of breathing.
Easy Hatha Yoga Step2 – Let’s challenge yoga asanas –
It is a class to challenge yoga asanas with guidance of the body movement and the point of consciousness.
You will learn slowly movement for deep breathing and develop the flexibility and the sense of balance.
It also activates the flow of energy and encourages to reduce visceral fat.
Enjoy Hatha Yoga Step3 – Let’s move your body and enjoy it –
You will learn to move your body smoothly and synchronizes with the breathing, and it will boost your metabolism.
It is a class that you can feel fun to move your body.
Breathing rhythm flows calmly and your mind also will become stable.
Ashtanga Yoga – Getting strong and flexible mind and body –
Ashtanga yoga is also said to moving meditation.
While concentrating in breathing, asanas start from the sun worship and continuous movements flow without interrupttion.
It’s called Vinyasa, and is also a feature of Ashtanga yoga.
With this Vinyasa, body temperature rises and the heat will boost your metabolism.
Body wastes will be excreted along with sweating and your body will be purified.
Habitual practice will bring you mental stability and mental and physical purification and will build a strong and flexible body.
In the beginner class and primary led class, you will practice yoga in accordance with the guide of teacher.
It is a class to practice Ujai breathing, a feature of Ashtanga yoga and standing poses which are the first half of the primary series.
You will train the foundation of your body like balancing force, flexibility and strength.
Primary led class
It is a class to practice the primary series of Ashtanga yoga in accordance with the guide.
Your concentration will be improved by continuing synchronized breathing and movement at a constant rhythm and your body and mind will relax deeply.
Mysore class – Traditional practice method of Ashtanga yoga –
In Mysore class, asanas will be done without teacher’s guide.
Through teacher’s observation, you will practice asanas of predetermined order and vinyasa (Method for synchronizing the breathing and movement) while receiving the adjustment and advice if needed
It is a class to practice in accordance with the individual progress.
At first you will think so difficult, but there is a pleasure to discover expanse of sense and movement day by day because you can carry out the exercises with concentrating only on yourself.
Teachers give a guide for the correct practice while observing the characteristics of each individual body.
When it’s ready for the next asanas, a new asana will be added and practiced.
Even if you do not experience Ashtanga yoga, you can start from the important basic practice and develop the habit of spontaneous practice.
If it is within the class time, you can start your own practice from favorite time and end up.
For pregnant women
In Mysore Kyoto, we do not have special classes for pregnant women, but we do have teachers with experience of pregnancy and child-birth while continuing yoga.
So pregnant students also can have lessons in peace and we will support better child-birth and recovery.
In class, we relieve disorder during pregnancy by changing the variety of poses according to the pregnancy period and physical condition.
If you have done the Ashtanga yoga before pregnancy and want to continue yoga during pregnancy, you can participate our Mysore class.
It is the important period because the pelvis is changed greatly after your mind and body experienced the dynamic purification of child-birth.
We understand it is not easy to go out with baby but we recommend yoga exercise after child-birth for recovery and refresh.
